Ward Giltner is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 30 years of domestic and international oil and gas experience. He has worked extensively in all aspects of finance, accounting, marketing, IT, risk management, and investor relations. Ward has a proven track record as a low cost provider of financial services, while maintaining timely and efficient financial information to investors, management, and regulators.

Prior to co-founding Black Diamond Minerals, Ward served as CFO of Crimson Resource Management Corp. and in various capacities at Texaco Inc. – as Financial Reporting Supervisor for Texaco’s U.S. Upstream Western Division, Assistant Chief Accountant in Texaco’s Luanda, Angola operations and as Finance Manager for Texaco Brasil.

Ward received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
