Shirley joined BDM in March, 2012, and has over thirty-five years in the oil and gas industry working primarily in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent areas.  She was Vice President of Land for United States Exploration, Inc. prior to its sale in 2004 and recently Vice President of Land and General Counsel for Benson Mineral Group, Inc.   She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law and is a member of the Colorado Bar.
